Singley Construction is about concrete. We embrace the new technological advances in concrete. These new advances have provided the customer with quality concrete products at a fraction of the cost.

Since our beginning in 1970 as a residential concrete contractor providing foundations and flat work throughout Northwest Illinois, we have striven to out perform any other contractor in our field. Within two years agricultural giant A.O. Smith Harvestor was asking Singley Construction to provide complete concrete services for their operations.

The times have changed and we now have begun yet a new endeavor creating Singley Construction, Inc., primarily a building concrete contractor. Since our restructure in 1995 we have placed more than 10,000 cubic yards of concrete in Northwest Illinois, please see our current and past projects for a detailed list. We pride ourselves in our ability to incorporate new technologies in concrete and at the same time increase our knowledge of concrete. Concrete will follow it's own rules one out of every twenty times used. When concrete does follow it's own rules the ability to apply proper field experience and technology is essential. Singley Construction has the experience and technology.

We encourage the use of the Dipstick in measuring true floor flatness and levelness. We provide our clients with everyday FF/FL numbers of 40/35 without increasing costs. With the use of a truss or a laser screed we can provide higher numbers, meaning flatter floors. Singley Construction will be setting new standards in concrete construction and in the coming years we will also provide engineering services for the construction market such as, soil sampling, surveying, and job site layout, just to name a few.
